Returns & Repairs

Returns. Thirty days from delivery, unworn, with tags attached. We pay return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece arriving back with us.

Made-to-measure and monogrammed pieces cannot be returned, and we will tell you so clearly before you order.

Repairs. Lifetime, on anything we have ever sold. We re-finish edges, re-link collars, re-knit cuffs, re-dye leather and replace hardware. You pay return shipping; the work itself is free, permanently, regardless of how you came to own the piece.
